Molded neoprene inline connectors supplied on 24" length of #18 AWG SO cable (RMA/VMA supplied on 24" length of #20 AWG cable). Custom lengths and cable types available on request.
Some polyurethane molded inline connectors also available.
Glass reinforced epoxy bulkhead connectors available with solder pots or numbered Teflon leads. (G + K size also available with stainless steel / neoprene molded bulkhead connectors).

Align indexes on connectors and mate with minimum twisting and flexing
Care must be taken not to damage contacts in unmated connectors
Contact surfaces must be dry prior to mating.Lubricate mating surfaces with 3M Silicone Spray or equivalent. DO NOT GREASE. Connectors must be lubricated on a regular basis.
Lubricate O-rings with Dow Corning #111 Valve Lubricant or equivalent.
Keep O-ring grooves clean and avoid cuts and nicks in the O-ring. Replace O-rings when re-mounting connectors.
Avoid contact with solvents.
Grip main body of connector during mating or unmating. Do not pull on the cable to disconnect.
Avoid sharp bends at cable entry to connector.
Elastomers can be seriously degraded if exposed to direct sunlight or high ozone levels for extended periods of time.
